We signed a contract on Feb 2021 for the construction of a fiberglass pool from San Juan Pools and terrace. Gave them 2 payments. One $3.5k for the pool and another $5k for the permits. The pool was scheduled for delivery in Sept 2021. The project got delayed and the sales person told us in March 2022 that he left the company but that the owner Andres would call us. After several call he finally came to our home to tell us the cost of the contract had increased by $21k from an original cost of $64k. We asked what would happen if we cancelled at which time he stated that he had to request cancelation from San Juan Pools. We received $2.5k from the original $3.5 and a month later received another $1k we have called and followed up with e-mails requesting the remaining $5k he owes us and its been radio silence. We have been more than understanding but this has gone unanswered for too long.
