I thought I had a good rapport with The Moran Brothers since completing my roof back in 2019. That project went smoothly. My previous roofing project was the reason I chose The Moran brothers to complete my siding project but they have loss their good worksmanship, integrity and professionalism. A 3 day project turned into 3 weeks. With very little communication on their end. I always had to reach out for updates. The guys showed up every day late and left early.

During the 3 weeks, the house was not protected from rain. It caused Lots of water damage inside my home.

They left tons of nails behind that punctured my tires.

The guys broke outdoor furniture and tried to hide it. ( I am still awaiting the replacement)

After two months, the work is still not completed.Im still awaiting for the trim to be corrected.

Also, where the roof meets the siding hasn’t been finalized. All old red material needs to be removed.

I follow up weekly with Rob for an update but I’m only met with excuses. It is clear that they do not take pride in their work or care for a good reputation.
Avoid this headache and just find another contractor for any of your project needs.
