He started off with a bang, and before you know it there was only 1 person working on a full demo. Javier-(owner) was handed the keys to my property in Glenside Pa. We agreed on a number. The job started off ok and significantly went down hill. Horrible at electrical work, horrible at concrete work, horrible at being efficient and reliable.
2 words --STAY AWAY. A 2 month job took 7 months. We are currently filing against him in the State of Pa and Montgomery County.
We've lost 2 sales due to his work and failed inspections.
