This business does not keep its appointments, but calls at last minute with a flimsy excuse to reschedule. When they did finally show up to install new unit on roof, they damaged the roofing shingles and did not properly caulk around sheet metal and conduit penetrations thru roof, which resulted in water leaks into living areas of my house!. Also, they did not honor any of the routine maintenance service calls promised in the service contract. Very non-professional in all respects!
