I would NOT recommend them to anyone. In fact, I did recommend them to a friend before the work at my place was finished - -but they never even called my friend back to give him prices. They left work unfinished at my house and I didn't notice until they were paid and gone. My calls to remedy the issue were not returned by his worker,or Pablo himself. He sub contracts everything out to sub-standard workers and never once showed up at the jobsite himself to check the work. We had a lot of other work projects for them that needed doing,but I will never use or recommend them to anyone. In fact,I actively tell everyone I can to stay away from them. Had he been a man of his word,I would have told everyone to use him - but in the end,he didn't care about his customer,or his own reputation. I spoke with 2 other people who used him and they too had issues. Stay away from Moreno's Construction.

Not happy with the fact that on multiple occasions, the owner states he will arrive at a certain time ( like 8:00am ) and either (1) shows up at 4:00pm or not at all or (2) sends other people to do the job he stated he would do himself and they show up anytime they want. Absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful to inconvenience others that are left waiting and waiting for the projects to get completed. And the work ? Definitely not "top notch" by any means. Sending multiple workers over and over again for a job that should have been done right the first time and by one person is ridiculous. But then when it comes time to ask for that money, it's all about pulling prices out of the sky for what they "think" they should get paid and not what they're actually worth. Disgusting. Don't fall for this company's arrogance. Spend time looking for someone you can trust, you can rely on to show up when they say they will, and who cares about your satisfaction, not just your dollar bills.
