The building process was pretty smooth. It’s after we moved in and needed things fixed that we had such a problem with. Master tub would not hold water for four months, stone on carport columns are severely cracked among a ton of other small things that all add up. We tried for 16 months to get him to come back. He did some but never completed. We finally got to the point where we asked him not to return. We’re in process of getting estimates for the remaining repairs and we will file suit against this builder!!
