Morgan's knowledge of roofing is great. He doesn't just tell you what you need like other roofers I invited to bid, he explains the science behind the products he suggests but also the 'why' you need or don't need certain products. With 25 years of experience, my expectations of his knowledge was a big part of why I chose Morgan.
He told me with confidence that he could get the permit to start in one day and start the following day. I awarded Morgan my roof project on Monday evening, and Tuesday he had the trash container set and by Wednesday his crew started removing the roll roofing from my whole home including trim, and begin replacing with new roofing. By Thursday he was finished and by Friday morning the final roof permit and inspections was complete.
That was important because of the new Florida Codes that the insurance companies are pushing and I needed it done to renew my home insurance the following week. That's important, because a laps of insurance and the new code for insurance companies to insure your home now can get very expensive and that is another story.
Bottom line; Morgan and his crew day a great job and I recommend him for your roof project to get the job done quickly, the right way, and on budget.
