Have done business with Joe Morgan a few times in the past with much satisfaction. This spring I asked him to re-seal my drive. He asked for cash in advance - twice. Having had a good relationship before, I was not reluctant to do so. Have not heard from him or been able to contact him since. Most disappointed. Cannot go for cause without a contract so lost my $450. Will not do business with him again. Hired someone else for less money. I've done business with them before as well.

Stay away from this company! I signed a contract with Morgan Paving to redo my driveway. They never showed up to do the work. Cannot leave phone message or send email. Then I find out that state of Virginia has REVOKED THEIR PAVING LICENSE.
