    We purchased a custom home built by Morgan Properties, Inc.
    $1,350,000

    We purchased a home built by Morgan Properties Inc in a residential area of Santa Rosa, CA. We are dealing with serious water leakage issues which apparently arise from faulty installation of flashing around windows, patio doors and decking. The Builder initially responded to complaints, provided an inadequate repair and the problem has gotten worse, with accumulating water damage to ceilings, walls, paint, etc. In other words, the building does not meet CA Building Codes. Dan Morgan, CEO of this company is not responding to requests for repair - in fact, he appears not be taking or is screening calls.
