Triple M Contracting/Robert Morgan is a con artist/crook. He was hired to complete basement finishing with wall parging. He stated that the job would be completed within 2-3 weeks. He said that he was licensed, insured, would pull permits, and had a crew that was capable of completing the job. After accepting the initial deposit, he did very little work for four days. Each day that I inquired about the work, he would say that particular task is on schedule for the next day. After four days, he left mounds of debris in my basement, unskilled works, and damages to my home that weren’t there before he began. After four days he never returned, and gave excuses as to why he had not. When I requested a refund, he stated that all deposit moneys had gone to materials. When I requested receipts, he became non responsive. Buyer Beware! He never pulled permits.

I have the exact same experience as the other reviewer. He was hired as a sub by my GC. He partially installed an HVAC system that another (verified and trusted) professional said was the worst work he's seen in 35 years. The experience HVAC installer also told me that if I were to sell my home I would surely get sued by the next occupant because Triple M's work was so shoddy. Robert Morgan is a crook. Buyer beware. I would give negative stars if possible. After $25,000 paid to him, he left me home is worse condition than when we started.

Robert Morgan told us that he would finish my house in 10 - 15 days. We signed a contract stating that he would pull permits and was fully insured etc... He did very little work, over several months, never pulled a single permit and after many attempts to have him complete the work he stopped answering his phone. Currently have filed a complaint with the attorney general.
