Very unprofessional, workers showed up in shorts , commercial construction, workers were unable to read and understand plans, Bob was uncooperative, argumentative and simply did not understand the scope of work, I will never work with this company again

High end lighting design and installation- Crew was clean cut and very courteous- Morlacci finished on time and within our budget constraints. CS was outstanding- when we called to have a fixture repaired (that we damaged) Bob sent a technician out the next morning, he fixed the light and said there will be no charge because the 1 year warranty had not yet been reached- We have an outdoor LED lighting project under budget review and are consulting with Bob for design and budget related items. We would recommend their electrical services to anyone- Extremely happy.

December 18 2015. The job was to replace the fuse box and fuse box wiring. In the end he would not give me a cost detail invoice or any invoice for the work that was paid. The sad thing is that I thought his work was fine. I paid in cash and I have collaborating bank withdrawal information and text messages. I have the text messages requesting the cost detail invoice and the text message of my sent email address. I have text of his responses.
The invoice is more than just cost analysis, it is for the home improvement folder. Bob was given seven days to produce an invoice and avoid this negative review and he chose the review. It just doesn't figure. So I can only surmise dishonesty.
