    change from propane to gas, repairs on toliets, repair on shower head, etc.

    Brandon put in the plumbing for our new home construction in 2011-2012. He was very detailed oriented and very knowledgable of the plumbing as well as the heating. He worked with our builder and with the other sub-contractors very well. We were extremely pleased with his work.

    We have had very few issues since our house was completed but the few things we have had him repair he has been very good, trustworthy, reliable and easy to work with. I highly recommend him for repairs and new construction.

    He is helping us now change from propane to gas at the TSV.

    Brain Morlan came highly recommended and I still believe that he is knowledgeable and highly skilled. I actuyally like him a lot and feel bad about placing this negative assessment, But the follow through from him when the product he installed failed has been stressful and wasted a lot of time and energy.
    Brian Morlan guaranteed his work when I hired him almost a year ago to install a new gas heater to replace the old one.
    The pilot wet out every day. He did return, as per his guarantee to try to remedy the problem, but was not successful. The heater itself was under warrantee, and he said that he would replace that heater with a new one.
    Months of unanswered phone calls and text messages later, I sent him a certified letter, hoping that would move him to action. He did respond that he would replace the heater before the cold weather, definitely by the end of August. It is now November. Nights have been cold for over a month. thew pilot goes out and has to be manually relit 3 times a day.
    I am dissatisfied with the lack of service. I have sent him another certified letter. All to no avail. Since Brain is ignoring me and ignoring his guarantee, now my only recourse is to appeal to the courts, which is a headache and expense i both time and money to pay all the fees.
    I am very disappointed.
