Until Sam addresses my current leak problem, schedules the long promised appointment and solves the problem, I CANNOT give a positive rating. Sam's Poor/Lack of communication, ignoring messages and refusal to deal with damages make this a negative review. Sam was quick to do the work and get the check, but has been RUDE AND UNCARING in this most recent process of following up to damage. He promised a rose garden when it comes to doing a job , but little do you know they have jacked up pricing, milked your home owners insurance and failed to POINT OUT THE LENGTH OF WARRANTY ON SUCH WORK! If and when a problem should arise and u then call Sam ......he will not return your calls right away .....and when he finally does call he then will make a long long waited appt and once in your home will find anything in warranty that labor has been expired in which he does not point out IN THE BEGINNING OF SIGNING OF A CONTRACT .....ALL CUSTOMERS OUT THERE BEWARE OF THIS MAN AND HIS COMPANY......SO SORRY WE HIRED THEM
My most recent experience is trying to open communication to take a look at some damage that has occurred. Prior to the roof work, I had no issues, but now I do. I was able to briefly speak with Sam, and promised either Tuesday or Wednesday to expect someone at my home to size up the issue. I also sent texts with pictures so that he could get a head start on it. Silence since Monday December 14, well nearly Christmas and my guess is that he will wait the year out or even further. Amazing that things went so smoothly to get the job and cash the check, but a follow-up for an issue has returned dead silence and denial that his workmanship could be at fault. The work will have to get done, albeit with more and more damage done the longer it waits. I too am a small business and realize the importance of my customers, however, this is unacceptable. I cannot give a positive recommendation based upon the most current actions. I was warned that this outfit is more of a "storm chaser" but as a small business I believe in giving the little guy a chance. I may have blown it at twice the cost in roofing and damages. I will keep all posted on the progress.
