I am not usually one for leaving reviews however I do believe my experience with Richard from Morris & Kids warrants taking the time to inform the public that good quality workmanship still exist. My wife and I had just bought a new washing machine and discovered the drain would not handle the volume and was backing up. I called Morris & Kids and that’s when I met Richard. He came in and took a look and soon as he saw the old cast-iron piping informed me that he could go up and snaked the vent however he suspects it might be a little bit bigger issue like rust and buildup in the P-trap under the slab. He explained he hated to see me waste the money to go up and snaked the vent and that not solve the problem. I decided to take the gamble and went up and snaked the vent and Shernoff the problem was not solved and my worst nightmare had come true we now have to go through the slab to replace the cast-iron plumbing there at the drain. Two days later Richard and a helper came in and started the job at 10 AM I was expecting a huge mess with all the jackhammering and digging however they kept the mess very localized and within six hours the job was done. Richard was extremely professional answering any and all questions I had about the job. I cannot say enough about the tremendous peace of mind that we received when the job is complete knowing we will never have to worry about a back up issue with the washer anymore. It is good to see that quality workmanship at a very reasonable price still exist and I highly recommend Morris & Kids for any of your plumbing needs. It is comforting to know that going forward if I have any plumbing problems I know exactly who to call. Thank you Richard!
