Don't waste your time with this builder. I invested 6 hours on one of their properties, offered them their asking price, and then they said no.... we are going to raise our price.... so your offer is not accepted. All the time invested in driving there 3 times, on the phone, etc..... And the disrespect shown and disregard of my very limited time I could have spent on other opportunities.... If you read the ignorant response they emailed me.... unbelievable....

I contracted with these builders in Feb to build a custom home to accommodate my 80 year old father. It took them 3 months to get foundation poured and plumbing roughed in. They did not have contractors in place by the time framing rolled around they said the cost of framing had gone up $20k. They knew 3 weeks prior cost had gone up $3k but never told me or ordered the wood. My father could no absorb that cost. All trust in this builder was lost. We could not move forward because of this. They own the lot and even though they are in breach of 2 contracts they will not return my fathers $25k and refuse to mediate with me to return any of the money. They are unable to deliver on contractors to complete homes in a timely manner. They throw the cost plus into their contract even though the home was contracted for $348k due to their cost plus that would have put him at $368k and with their lack of communication and best interest of the client. They own the lot, they stand to loose absolutely nothing in this deal. They seized the opportunity to swindle an 80 year old man out of money. If you deal with them, take notes like I did. Keep a journal of when each step is completed. If you give them money take a picture of the check when you kiss your money good bye.
