Ordered tub 3/10/12. Said delivery would be 4 -6 weeks but never received call nor tub in time frame. Called said it was on its way and would be delivered on Friday 4/27 - took day off work, never showed up. Called again said tub was on its way to be delivered on 5/2. Took day off work, not delivered but did call and said it wasn't going to be delivered. Said he had another tub similar to mine he would deliver on Friday 5/4. It was delivered but not similar. Mine was a bromine system with MP3 player and Mocha cabinets. The one delivered was not a bromine system, no MP3 player and grey cabinets. Kept calling him for weeks with no return call. Finally got a hold of him the week of 6/8. Tub delivered on 6/9. This one had a bromine system and non-working MP3 system and still wrong cabinet color. Been calling since then and after leaving numerous phone messages he finally called back on 6/29 and said a technician will be over to look at the MP3 player. Still no word on the mocha cabinets. I also had extra bromine to be delivered and an extra filter and I don't have those either.
