I would highly recommend Morrow Companies. They were easy to talk to and clearly communicated what would happen and plan to resolve the few construction issues during the project. I would recommend them to anyone.

Permits
- Building permit records show that Morrow Companies LLC has worked on 8 permitted projects.
Morrow failed to complete his contract with my mother to rebuild her house after a fire. He was fired for not showing up for 30 days, after he was already 4 months past the scheduled completion date. He sued me for firing him, but failed to respond in court, so the cases were dropped, allowing me to withhold the final payment of contract. I don't consider him trustworthy. He did not have a reliable crew, and he refused to complete steps that he agreed to in the contract.
I'm not telling you that you shouldn't hire him, but if you do, expect nothing but trouble.
I can provide you with details from the lawsuit that he dropped. Contact me at [email protected] for more info.
