Replace concrete around the house, side walk in yard and in front of the front stairs

The owner Francisco (aka Paco) committed to remove our old concrete and install new concrete. New concrete was to be poured so that water flows away from the house and was to be thicker thank 3 inches.

Instead the new concrete poured is uneven & is angled so that water flows toward the back door entrance of the house. Some areas, where the cracks developed after they poured the concrete is less than 3 inches thick & water puddles up.

They damaged my back door when they removed the concrete underneath it, Francisco stated he was going to have it fixed & have new concrete poured underneath it. The door was not fixed, they just adjusted the door to allow it to close. Instead of pouring concrete under the door to replace the old one they removed, they took my bricks, broke them, placed them under the door & covered the side with concrete mix to look as if it was filled with concrete.

On the other side of the house, the concrete they poured is uneven (in regards to width).

I had contacted Francisco various times to come see the problem areas but he would state he'll visit the site on specific dates & then does not show up, then he stopped responding. This has been going on since 6/11/21.

In addition to the above, they took many shortcuts, the new concrete they poured in front of my front stairs is smaller (about 3 inches less wider) than it was before, we had to fill in the big gaps they left with dirt & grass seeds. They also left concrete that had fallen off their truck on the street where cards park. Some patches of the concrete look like they were not smoothed out.
