Very expensive and ineffective repairs. Poor main office attitude and terrible customer service. Spent more than $3000 on what should have been a simple air-conditioning repair. They seemed to be guessing an how to fix the air-conditioner driving up labor costs and equipment costs. Still no fix!! I hired a different and reputable air-conditioning company who diagnosed the issue within one hour of arrival and thereafter they fixed the problem.
