This contractor is far from honest. We paid him up front in full 53000.00 for a job that took 13 week after supplies got there to finish.He said it would take 2 weeks. He built a shop for us our original burned to the ground.We felt the whole time that he was trying to get money out of us. He said he was giving us a deal. I had 2 bids it wasn't a deal same price as other contractor. We had 2 change orders . For additional work of 2300 . We gave him a check asked him to hold until our insurance released the last check. He didnt hold the check. He cashed it bounce our acct. I tried to pick someone local that I could trust he was far from trust worthy. He was ridiculous to get a hold of and after he cashed the check no response of course.He did a decent job on building barn. He is not trust worthy and will take way longer than should be expected to build.Wish we would have gone with more reputable builder. Would not recommend him to anyone . 7 months later I have a shop but worst experience by far.

Hired Tessman to remove tree stumps, old foundation and debris on a lot. He submitted an estimate that contain verbage that said any additional cost would be negotiated. We paid half down of estimate. When he was almost finished he submitted a bill that was $6,000 over estimate and did not even include down payment. I told him we were suppose to talk/negotiate additional charges.
When all was said he accused me of trying to F*** him over. He did not finish job. Very unprofessional in mannerism, billing and communication. No communication

Stay away from this company! This was our experience: We contracted with this company in May of this year to build a workshop. The contractor said his schedule wouldn't allow him to start until late August, and we were fine with that. We paid the initial deposit and then later paid an additional $20K so he could order framing parts to get started. Well, it's October, and we have not received any parts, and no one has ever showed up to start the project. He is difficult to contact, and then if he said he was going to be on our property to start, again, he or his crew never showed up. We fired him and it looks like we're going to have to go to court to get our money back. This happened to us--don't let it happen to you.

Worst expierence ever and gets worse by the day. We hired Mike Tessman owner of Moasic Builders April of 2018 to demo an old fence and build a new one. In addition we hired him to install 2 horse drinking post and he also put in 3 culverts for us. Less than on year later everything he did has failed. He also treatened collections and hired a company to harass us for a bogus bill after ingnoring all calls made by us requesting he come and repair his work. Avoid hiring this company at all cost!
