It is so refreshing to see such genuine, kind, honest people. I had a problem with my gas heater, and Mr. Mosimann not only spent a countless amount of time searching for parts that were not easily found, but he spent endless hours trying to fix my unit. I continued to have problems with this heater that is quite old. Mr. Mosimann came back repeatedly and made attempt after attempt to fix it, even after I told him that I would just have to save up and purchase a new one. Because of his persistence, dedication, and patience he was able to get my unit up and working, but not to his complete satisfaction. Though I wanted to pay him for his many hours of service and the many parts he put in, he refused payment since the unit wasn't working at it's best. I started with a heater that wasn't working at all and now have heat in my house thanks to Mr. Mosimann. Though he did not accept payment, I know that God will bless him for being a wonderful human being. Thank you, Mr. Mosimann.
