    We hired Moses 2 years ago for a kitchen remodel which included opening the kitchen to the dining room, hvac installation and deck. He was great in the beginning and very friendly and responsive. He also brought samples to us and made the process easier. He was also very affordable but you get what you pay for.
    They were installing the deck railing wrong and were going to leave it that way until we pointed it out.
    They randomly decided to do one condenser unit for the hvac and had to open up the floors to send the venting to the attic. They took away part of my closet in the process and threw all my clothes on my bed. Most stuff had to be thrown out because it was ruined by the dust. They also never mentioned this should have been 4k cheaper until we pointed it out. 2 years later the AC isn’t working and we’ve had two companies come who said it was installed incorrectly. Reached out to Moses and his plumber who took weeks to get here and still told me nothing.
    The floors were installed with a manufacturer defect. It was deemed at the fault of the installer so the manufacturer only covered new flooring. By that point we were so fed up we didn’t even have them install the new flooring.
    They installed countertops with writing on it and we had to have them come back to remove.
    Trim on windows and doors was done cheap. In one spot door trim doesn’t even go to the floor.
    We expected a full demo of the kitchen/dining room because it was so old but they left on wall as is. I even had to point out the needed to get rid of the some trim in the middle that didn’t match. They just paid no attention to detail.
    There were multiple small things at the end that took months to get done. Some my husband finished himself.
    I do not recommend using this company. I only gave 2 stars to account for the beginning stage of the process.
