Ajf has ruined our dream custom home by cutting corners everywhere and we have been fixing things every day since we moved in....this week we finally had electrical outlets moved from being at waist level to where they should be for mounted tv's. We had to repaint the house inside and out because primer wasn't used. We have had artwork fall because the drywall is half inch rather than 5/8". There were design changes made to our plans without our input that ruined key features on our house. Our house shakes when trucks drive by 100 feet away and we can hear everything as if we were outside and not inside. Cheap insulation was used, spacers were not put between Cabinets so we can't open them properly and our cabinet door handles turn around. Wiring in the house wasn't done right and our electrical panels were done incorrectly. Even our septic tank sank in a rain storm. Even when our house was appraised it came back a lower price because we were told it was spec home quality. They don't build custom homes....don't let them sell you the impression they do ....we didn't know better and will be paying for it every day we are in our new home. We have already spent over 100k fixing things and some things we don't have a feasible way to fix....

We have been here since 2019. The home is poorly built. ..poor painting inside and out, poor insulation, leaky window, outside door backwards(have to bend sn air filter to install,bad ston work on driveway and back patio etc. When you move in a new home you write a list for repair. A term my husband made regarding a cactus put in a lifted area in out backyard appeared sick and dying and ajf said they would fix. Our third week here it collaped and dated stone . We had to pick and pay for services to replace it. The list was filled out and there was no follow up after several calls. We are doing repairs on a regular basis and want to sell but feel guilty for those who might buy. Stay away from this builder. I finally am submitting our review. Hooe it's not too late!
