After booking with this contractor to climb our trees and prune, and waiting weeks for an appointment, he cancelled a few days before the job "due to equipment failure". Then it was too late in spring to find another trimmer.

We contacted John Ogletree about cutting s very large big leaf maple and a couple slices. He was extremely busy but worked is into his schedule. He came with a 2 man crew. They spent about 8 hours taking down this massive tree. He even found someone to purchase the logs and after he limbed the trees, he cut up all the limbs into firewood and what wasn't good for firewood, he ran through the chipper. His fees were reasonable for the 36 total hours spent. John and his crew were meticulous about clean up. We would recommend him for a superb job. John was also polite, extremely knowledgeable about cutting trees and it was obvious that he called his equipment and care for his equipment.

We had John come take down a maple that was dropping limbs on ours and our neighbor's place. He was very professional and competent, and they took it down quickly, skillfully and safely. Sorry to hear someone had a bad experience with scheduling, but my experience was great, and the bad is unfairly harsh. As a former business owner myself, I know how much such unfair reviews can hurt a hard earned business reputation, and it upsets me to see consumers abusing their position by lashing out excessively against business owners. I'm sure John did his best and maybe it didn't work with that reviewer's schedule. John works hard, is fair priced, does great work, and doesn't deserve Suneil's spite.
