Worst builder ever Tile work like crap in bathrooms and floors. Builder promises warranty he doesn’t warranty anything all lies. Most homes have water damage or mold issues.

Builder doesn’t call you back. He never warranties his work. Tile work horrible frame works bad. The only thing that’s is good is floor plan. Horrible builder ask the people in lake Creek

I have a home that was build in 2011 by Motik. Since then, I have had 5 light fixtures fall out of the ceiling. This is because they used wood screws to mount the fixtures instead of the supplied screws that come with the blue boxes. At the moment there are 3 fixtures hanging from the ceiling, one of them is the fluorescent kitchen light.. this one they just used wood screws to hold the fixture in, except there is no stud that can be hit from anywhere on the fixture. I did when the house was still under warranty and was told to call the electrician. I did, but was not the one working for Motik when my house was built. So he told me it was not his problem.

I've lived in a Motik home, since 2010. Bobby has taken care of me like I was family. My daughter and I love our home just as much today, as the day we moved in. Thank you, Bobby!

Motik builders built my house in 2010 with excellent results. The house was built according to plan, at the specified time and the best of all within the budget we had agreed on. We even got a rebate as the fixtures we chose were below the budget the builder had - very honest. So far we have had no problems with the house. We have kept in contact with Bobby and he is always ready to help. We had a wonderful experience with him and his crew.

I had the pleasure of purchasing an already built spec home 12 years ago and lived in it for 10 of those years as it was time for a bigger home. I had not seen a home for under $250k with so many extra options like crown molding, granite in the extra bathroom while most use that cultured marble crap. As expected little things like minor bathroom tile or grout chipping occurred and after calling the builder he was responsive and had a guy come out and make the fix. He honors his builder warranty which is a rare thing these days. This builder even sealed between each Hardy Plank pieces to keep small critters out. The home never showed any cracks or inconsistencies what so ever. I was disappointed that this builder was not able to build us our current home (because we asked) but no lots were available in the area that we wanted to move so we bought an existing home. His home had more extras than our current more expensive home. I highly recommend this builder without question.

We built our first home with Motik about 3 years ago. We were referred to this builder from an acquaintance. We were impressed from start to finish of how easy to work with and professional Bobby and his team were. We brought our own plan to Bobby to build on our land in Walden. The home was built in the time we were told it would take and within the budget we set. We plan to build again with Motik in the future.

We purchased a home in 2012 and just recently sold it. The quality of construction was very good and we did not experience any issues with this home - just normal wear and tear items. During the building process, Mr. Richard gave us timely responses to our questions, was very amicable throughout the process, and provided detailed explanations. He always explained why he chose certain products or did things a certain way; then he followed our direction on how to proceed. We were kept informed as to "extras" along the way so the final reconciliation was a breeze. His subcontractor contacts were easy to deal with and very cooperative. We had three independent inspections throughout the building process and very few things (nothing major) was found; Mr. Richard promptly corrected every item. Post-sale interactions reflected his excellent customer service focus. He would have been my preferred builder on our current home had he had a lot available at the time we were making decisions. I would highly recommend Motik Builders.

We can't think of another builder that was reliable,knowledgeable and always listened to our questions and remembered previous conversations.He had great ideas was always kind and professional. His superintendent was always on the job making sure the sub contractors were on time and doing their work. We love our home and would definitely recommended Motik Builders. Bobby and Jerry deserve gold stars as they dealt with senior citizens and the many questions we had. Oh by the way we started "Donut Friday", it gave us a chance to interact with the sub contractors.

My wife and I had the pleasure of having Motik Builders construct two homes for us in Walden, Montgomery, TX., which are rental units. We were absolutely pleased with the quality and workmanship. Bobby Richard, the owner of Motik Builders, has always been easily accessible and took care of any corrections or warranty work, when needed, in a timely fashion. We are now planning to build a new home in Montgomery, which will be our new residence, and Motik Builders is our contractor of choice.

The best builder and crew we have ever worked with. NO problems at all. He let us select the house plan and our lot. Our home is outstanding. Everyone who walks in says it is one of the most unique homes they have seen. Even after three years, Bobby and Jerry still check on us to make sure the house is OK. Great crews who are talented and creative. You tell them what you envision and it is done. Would build again with Motik without reservation.

Bought our property in 8/16 It has been six months and Bobby Richards' crew has not been out to correct deficiencies. HOA of Lakecreek Village in Montgomery reports numerous homes built in this subdivision are experiencing structural and grading problems resulting in flooding issues. Caveat emptor - let the buyer beware.

Fantastic house! Had very minor issues on the inspection report. All items corrected and so far no additional issues. Very customer service oriented. Would highly recommend this builder to family and friends.

Poor builder! Had too many problems within 6 months of ownership. Poor customer service, poor quality control, very disappointing is what I got from this builder. The concern is what else will I find down the road with my property. If you thinking about buying from this builder run away as fast as you can.

Would not buy another house from this builder. The inspector found so many problems, it took 3 inspections before they were all corrected. He put in a different aerobic system than what was approved by Montgomery Cty. Have been working with septic contractor and builder for over a year to install a proper clorinator and move the sprinkler heads as specified by the company. Before he will do this, he wants me to sign off on any future problems. It is obvious where he cut corners, even though he put crown molding in some rooms to dress things up. He replaced things the first year, when under warranty, but even though I complained about the aerobic system during that first year, he kept referring me to the wastewater contractor, who consistently lied to me about obtaining a permit to do the work, and never did do anything.

Horrible builder with even worse work practices. Didn't honor their warranty on the home that I bought and I had to spend thousands to get my roof fixed. Not to mention all the cracks in my walls from problems with the foundation. DON'T BUY A HOME THAT WAS BUILT BY THIS OWNER!!! Tear it down and build another!!!
