Mott's was a good company to work with; I watched everything they did. Best to have the work you want done clearly defined and get bids before anyone starts work. If you make changes after they start, it's an opportunity for any contractor to gouge you. I Had a complete design package done at the Romac design center that I sent out to contractors for bids. Motts was the low bidder by far, they also have been around a long time. Two bidders were $27K more expensive and they hadn't been in business anywhere as long or Motts. Motts has subs that seem to be very good at what they do, some work only for Motts. Romac supplied most of the materials; they were the biggest problem on the job, many mistakes on their part.
