We bought our home newley built back in 2010. have had to have the heating replaced in the middle of winter of 2011, septic tank pumped in 2013 that caused flooding of our livingroom and utility room,backing up in both bathrooms including the showers. Also causing water to come up through our carpet from the in floor heating system.The fireplace cannot be used do to black smoke coming from the outside vent. Also our propane pipe has came away from the house and needs to be replaced.The grout in our entryway and kitchen was never sealed and the tiles starting coming up.We also have walls and ceiling that was not properly done. Walls not straight and ceiling sheetrock not properly installed or sanded.Also don't get me started on the leveling of our backyard. When it rains, standing water accumilates on both the right and left side of about four inches of water.I am very dissapointed in the so-called quality of this company's work. I would defenatley do my research before choosing this company.
