I hired Mount Pleasant Property Services to replace my house roof and gutters in July 2016. From the initial evaluation, to the actual replacement, to filing the warranty paperwork for me with the manufacturer, JT was there every step of the way. I am very happy with my new roof and gutters, and JT was a great salesman to work with.

Watch YouTube on contractor nightmares. This is my experience with mount pleasant property services JT aka John Stehlik FKA..JTS Roofing. And associate Arrow Contractors. Clint.. well, john is an excellent salesman. Then the nightmare starts. Exemplary with "double talk" .. reliable at being unreliabe.. I found out he didn't follow through with required permit. I'm out $25000.+ and my hm. Is uninhabitable to the fullest capacity.. read 2 reviews on angie's list from former bus. JTS Roofing...it's very sad . I was reading verbatim to my experience. Besides being the money the anxiety he has caused me and children. He is not insured or licensed. Caveat emptor...also do your homework before hiring anyone..look on line CCAP ..wi circuit court ..look contractors up by their name ie: john stehlik .. personal judgements can tell you alot.. good luck to all with your project. Really watch youtube nightmare contractors. Don't get conned with the "double talk" on paying. a lagit contractor is licensed, ins. and is self sustained financially. also look into how long a contractor has been in bus. just because they change their bus. name they're still the same person. Warranties are meaningless if the bus. is no longer.
