Mount Valley overcharged me regarding the additional footage needed to reach the rock level. My underlying rock was reached at about 6 feet. They over-charged me by 25 feet. I pointed it out to them and refused to refund the overcharge.

Mount Valley was a great company to work with. They were honest, prompt, and did excellent work. The gentleman that came to the house to explain what product(s) they were going to use to stabilize the house did a great, thorough job. The crew that came out to install the product were in and out in two days and explained what they did, where they did it, and what they were going to do when they came back the 2nd day. They cleaned up after themselves after the first day and second day, a real first class company to work with. I have since used them to inspect my current home.
