Worst experience ever. Builder said he would build our retirement home in 9 months. After 22 months, he walks away from the build. Had excuses for everything. Floors done wrong, flooring guys fault, walls crooked, framers fault. Plumbing not roughed in, plumbers fault. Do not hire this company if you want your house built the right way.

We do NOT recommend using Mountain America Homes LLC (MAH), aka Noffke Builders owned by Aaron Noffke as a contractor. We hired MAH to build our custom home and while things started out on a positive note, the ending was a nightmare. The contractor was negligent, lied to us, made decisions without our input and did NOT properly finish many areas of the house. We terminated our agreement with MAH and before the house was completed had to hire a new contractor to complete and/or fix MANY areas of the house; both inside and outside. Again, we strongly do NOT recommend this contractor.
