With offices in Catawba, North Carolina and Charleston, South Carolina, the company provides both general contracting and subcontracting services for public and private sector projects. The management team brings over a century of combined experience to complex work involving box culverts, deep foundations, shoring, and other concrete infrastructure. The firm maintains a strong presence on major transportation projects, having constructed box culverts for nearly every major urban freeway loop job in North Carolina over the past decade. Notable projects include work on I-85 in Durham, I-485 in Charlotte, and I-540 in Raleigh, as well as South Carolina’s I-520 in North Augusta. Mountain Creek Contractors has also completed infrastructure improvements for both Charlotte-Douglas and Greensboro International Airports and participated in the U.S. Route 64 Knightsdale Bypass—the first NCDOT Design-Build highway project.
