    Fire restoration and rebuild home

    First I want to say THANK YOU to NCA of Carolina.
    I want to say usually I don’t get time to do these reviews because I personally don’t listen to them anyone can give one.
    So if I give one cause I reallyyyy feel they deserve one.
    I would definitely and I did refer them to my neighbors when they told me how beautiful my house is now.
    My story is I had a house fire 5/22 I was so worried about hiring contractors after hearing the stories of contractors.
    I must say I did some research and interviewed different contractors and something about NCA that I felt like ok they would hopefully see my vision to rebuild my home back.
    After talking to Hank and I think his name is mike he assured me they would get it back together. I then was introduced to their other team manager Jeff was my go to guy he would be working directly with me.
    Jeff understood the assignment that I needed all communication and updates about everything. I was there every day until I realize Jeff seen my vision I was happy and was able to relax. He did a great job he made some changes and gave me my palace. I love it.
    I have no regrets of hiring NCA of Carolina. I’m sure theirs some pics on here.

    I just finished a kitchen renovation using NCA of the Carolinas. I cannot be happier. From start to finish, everyone was so helpful and communicated very well. I have never done a renovation before, so I was worried (especially after hearing some stories from my friends), but NCA of the Carolinas went above and beyond to make me and my husband comfortable every step of the way. Hank helped us initially and Jay was our project manager. Both of them were available by text immediately if we had any issues and if any of their contractors were late or had a problem, they let us know ASAP. Whenever there was an issue, they promptly fixed it (we only had a couple small snafus). Their prices were fair and reasonable. I will DEFINITELY be recommending them to my friends and family (and I already have). When I am ready for a bathroom renovation in a year or so, I will be calling them first. Highly recommend without reservations.

    Entire new house re-build

    It was a great experience working with Jeff (my project manager) and Hank. They made everything easygoing and worry-free for me. I was very pleased with the new re-build and would definitely recommend them to anybody!

    From our initial meeting to completion of the project, we knew we were in good hands with NCA of the Carolinas. Hank, Jay, and the team took hold of our project as if they were building it on their own houses. The attention to detail and high standards of quality they hold for themselves is remarkable. Even the sub-contractors they bring on are aware they are representing NCA of the Carolinas and represent themselves accordingly. The design, quality, and craftmanship of our screened-in porch and deck is second to none. However, if you’re looking for a “yes company”, these guys aren’t the one. The time they take to know and understand their clients, gives them (and the client) the comfortability of suggesting/recommending things as this project progresses to ensure the finished product is what all anticipated and expected. Regardless of the size and scope of your project, I highly recommend the true professionals and talent within NCA of the Carolinas.
