Jake and his guys are very capable and dependable. they are skilled in masonry work, framing , finish carpentry, in short- A to Z of construction. they’re great in managing specialty subcontractors and coordinating the project between the architect and (4) separate permitting agencies. Jake is very cost cautious. He is a managing steel, lumber and other purchases purchases diligently and effectively. Despite of the supply line disruption and recent material cost escalation he helped us saved 17 K in materials.
Job site looks very clean. Hose was protected during rainy/snowy time period from leaks. I am happy to see that Mountain Man exceeded our expectations while building our home in incline Village.
