Val showed up three days for a job he planned in 4 months. I’m a disabled healthcare worker and needed my tiny home built. We had to let him go for faulty work and not showing up. He took all my money and refuses to refund.

Val Iorga, the owner of Mountain Top Homes, repaired our bathroom floor after the wax ring on the toilet leaked. He was quick, but thorough, and did an excellent job at a reasonable price. He was pleasant to work with, a real gentleman.
I'll call him first when I need other repairs on our McCall home!

Our experience with Val was absolutely terrible. A project that should have taken 3-5 weeks was never completed after 7 months. Material from the job was missing and eventually, he did not show up. We had to separately hire people to try and finish the project. It remains unfinished and Val has our money. Other people's experience may be different.
