I am very dis-satisfied with this company. Exactly 2 weeks ago, I had this company out to my house to look at a problem we were having with wiring and my breaker. They were at my house within an hour of my call, we joked around, he told me what I should have my husband do to fix the wiring problem and told me he'd be back the following day to replace a melted main breaker. He even worked out payment arrangements so we didn't have to pay everything upfront. Now it is 2 weeks later, and numerous phone calls later and guess what? They are no-shows. They have yet to return a phone call let alone show up at my door. To add salt to the wound, my husband was on his way home from work and saw this gentleman in the work truck. He pulled along side him and called him. This "professional" picked up his phone, looked at who was calling, and then put the phone back down WITHOUT answering. If you want a reliable electric company who will be honest and respectable, this company is NOT it!!!
