I’d give a zero if it was possible. This guy can’t build anything to save his life. Anything he does leaks, fails inspection and takes forever to get done.

By David S.August 10, 2020Paint outside of house
Dan and his son did an excellent job painting our house. They power washed it, painted the house and trim 2 coats, and did some repairs. Their price was very fair and reasonable and they had a great attitude and work ethic. Everything was left clean, no drips on concrete. They finished in a timely manner. We have no complaints. We would hire them again and highly recommend them.

By DaveNovember 21, 2018Painted house, refinished deck$4,500
In 2016 he painted our house. Did a great job. He also refinished our deck. The finish started peeling off within a few months. Multiple calls and emails and promises later, he never called back.

I am sorry to say he never finished the project.
Over 2 year period, which it shouldn't have taken that long, he would say I'll call you tomorrow.
The drywall for walls and ceiling was o.k. not a finished look.
The thresholds between rooms was not, it is not connected to the floor and is about to come up. and a hazard
He just said yes, that's not right and didn't fix them, I think he let his son do a lot and didn't check the work.
Painting was horrible, there are paint spots his son wiped up and the paint is smeared all over the new lvp flooring, I can't get it up without ruining the floor more.
The job was not professional and I think he wanted to get out of it before things started coming apart, the flooring is not put down substantial.
I thought he was an honest, responsible person,
He said i'll come back but didn't!
Not an example for his children.
I should have listened to my children about him.
