By SarahMarch 21, 2020Restoration Of Fire Damage$30,000Response from Mountain View Restoration LLC February 26, 2024We didn't realize this client put a bad review on building Zoom...I know business owners are supposed to take the high road but this woman was impossible...She is another keyboard warrior...We work directly off the insurance repair estimate, and signed a contract for that amount...When the client seen the numbers being paid to our company all of a sudden she wanted a cut...We literally had to negotiate with this woman to get paid...We went above and beyond and she was just impossible...She actually had a small business at the time and I was going to put a terrible review about her personally but it wasn't the right thing to do. BUT, I can answer her review honestly and shes not a decent human being!...

Mountain View dont mess around!! John handled everything for me...Before i knew it, (after a kitchen fire and still in shock), john had a hotel room for us,a money advance for clothes etc and contacted me insurance company and took care of securing my house...btw all of this in the middle of the night...Thanks John!

AWFUL Experience!!
Things were never done that were promised.
Important & valuable items were thrown in the GARBAGE by their employees.
My KIDS are at risk in my unfinished home that they made us come back to.
NOTHING was done to fix the situation.
He does not care about his clients. The way he talks to them is unbelievable!! Especially if there is an issue.
Promises were made to come and fix the problem and then nothing was ever done about it.
He takes advantage of his customers in their most vulnerable time.
All they care about is money!!
They OVERCHARGED my insurance company for work that was never done.
Would NEVER recommend to anyone!
Very upsetting!
