We have used Mike Holliday and M, P & K for three large remodel jobs over the last 10 years. He constructed our basement TV room and bathroom. The second project was a home office out of attic space and the last was a kitchen and master bath redo while we still lived in the house. Our continuing reliance on him for all things renewed and updated speaks the loudest for a recommendation. He is exceedingly competent with building matters from permit requirements to subcontractor management. He was ALWAYS available for us no matter what the issue and also served as a conflict arbitrator between my husband and I on some issues! I still am please to suggest him to friends and acquaintances for their projects, large and small. I just wish I had more houses for him to renovate!!
