Untrustworthy. Without my knowledge, flooring installation was subcontracted to an unlicensed contractor. Within 2 months of installation areas of the floors began sinking and swelling. Ziggy did not return my phone calls. Complaints were filed. The Chicago Department of Business and Consumer Affairs fined MPD for a number of violations including fraud. Ziggy lied to the Illinois Attorney General.
