Horrible experience from the absolute get go!!! I do not recommend buying from them at all!! RUN AWAY!!
FIRST thing, they accepted our offer in march/April I believe ....couldn't even move in until August b.c that's when the house was finally finished! But also mind you when I did inspection the foundation had shifted so bad the outside trim busted in half, cracks all up and down my walls and tile floors, he decided to build this home on downward slope!!! So they had to come in and put in pier beams on a brand new house, yes you heard that correctly brand new home!! Also didn't care to even put in a retaining wall or anything just through up a junky uneven fence that you can literally blow over and just gets washed out everytime it rains! Plus many, many more problems with a brand new AC unit had to have those ppl come twice already! Also have had to call the electrician out 3 times now!!.....But now for the awesome part of this company!!! So I have reached out on every platform to get some major issue's fixed EVEN INCLUDING MOLD and this great man Willie has read every message and ignored me and now has blocked me from everything with no responses!! Also mind you I am still under home warranty with this man....once a shady contractor, Always a shady contractor! Trust no one and especially not these people, RUN!
