MPS Development and Construction handled my large remodel. We bought our Venice, FL home that was built in the late 70's for the beautiful lake view. However inside did not quite work for our family. When we were expecting our third kiddo, we hired MPS to handle our remodel. They took our older home down to the studs, replaced all the flooring, changed our galley style kitchen and made it large and gorgeous with tons of seating at an open bar to the living room. They raised our FL inset room and made it the same level as our concrete slab. They switched the back extra TV room and made that a fourth bedroom. We also added a pool. MPS had great communication throughout the process, hired trusted subs (except for one) but that happens, sometimes you give subs a chance and they do not perform well. However, MPS handled it seamlessly and because they have a lot of subs they have been building relationships with for 40+ years in Venice, our home's remodel is quality work. This was done in 2021 and so now we have been through 3 major hurricanes, our home is GREAT to this day. Thank you MPS for giving us a home we love raising our family in, and not breaking our budget!
