John Soby has changed the price of various bid work for me and others multiple times. His word is not bonding. Ensure you get a guaranteed written invoice with a completion date. He has sent person(s) to job sites without the proper legal licensing requirements. If he informs you he will take care of all the permits follow-up to ensure they are taken out. His work has been incomplete at several job sites. I will not deal with him or his company again.
