Sebastion Pugliese
I can't say enough good things about Sebastion (Sam) Pugliese and SPA - he is an outstanding architect.I have used Sam for three completed projects: two end-to-end apt renovations (one was a combination of two apts) and one partial apt renovation (which included the acquisition of some adjacent spaces). In addition, he did an outstanding office renovation for a well known non-profit that a family member of mine runs. He did that work pro bono and the resulting combination of two offices was a beautiful and highly functional space - light, bright, loft-like, and open, with great work spaces as well as an office for the executive director and a conference room - the group is grateful everyday for his excellent plan and execution. (I too am grateful every day for his excellent work on my apt.)I have also used Sam for two more limited engagements: a proposed office space renovation and a potential purchase of land on Long Island with a view toward building a house on it. Neither of those projects ultimately happened, but his advice was invaluable in coming to a final decision.I also know a number of other clients that have used Sam and they uniformly view Sam's work as excellent.Sam is very knowledgeable, creative, thorough, and very easy to work with - a super nice guy.I wouldn't do a project without him.
