Not a company that stands by their promise customer 100% satisfaction Yet one that list materials in contracts, either doesn't use' or uses material of lesser value," Don't make the mistake I did when Owner' asked how I felt about getting building Permits looking back now' He had 5 installments of payments the 5th payment was the permits cost what does that tell you.. Owner even went to the Code Enforcement, Showed picture of the Framing of the project minus the window's Asked what he needed to ONLY install windows,, Code Enforcement said don't need anything' The Contractor misrepresent himself Had the contract to Enclose the exciting screen porch It has been a nightmare Claims I have breached the contract after receiving full amount he wanted on time then 2 months later he obtained permits having late penalty fee after he found out I hired investigator to prove he owes me from missing material Now the contractor wants me to pay for permits along with his penalty fee' when I have aluminum for siding when contract states vinyl Has dents before he the project was even completed' He says I breached the contract'' Owners beware of this Contractor
