BUYER BEWARE!!!! I had the owner Michael sell us a total solar package with a new roof from one of his subcontractors. The price was $75000.00 for everything. Michael made promises he could not and would not keep. Michael promised a quick install so we could take advantage of the current buy-back rate from APS and the length of time it would be before we had to start paying on the loan. Michael promised us almost six months of savings that did not happen by Mr. Sunshine not being able start the job when he told us we would, but that was an empty promise that he should have been able to keep accordingto his sales pitch. We started this project in the end of August 2022. Michael's first roofing subcontractor could not uphold their end and ditched the job for Mr. Sunshine. Michael got a second rate contractor to do the roofing but instead of installing in September while it was warm and a better climate to lay a good roof, we couldnt get the roof done until five months later in February when its too cold to properly lay down a shingle roof that is relaxed by warmer temperatures. Gleason roofing came in and messed up the roof job. Gleason roofing had to come back three times to fix issues with the roof sealing and curling up at the corners of the flat parts of the roof. Gleason roofing damaged our house by carrying two bundles of shingles at a time onto the roof and throwing them from shoulder height onto our roof/vaulted ceilings. This caused damage inside cracking the drywall joints in the ceilings in several rooms. Then the solar was installed and that made the roof leak. Gleason fixed the leak and after months of hounding Mr. Sunshine solar and Gleason roofing they sent someone out to look at the ceilings and now months later nothing is fixed. Gleason roofing says they sent an estimate to Mr. Sunshine solar and was waiting on Mr. Sunshine to answer. I spoke to the owner of Mr. Sunshine solar and he said he would take care of this personally. Another lie, because its been months and now they will not return phone calls. They overcharge for their services, do amateur work at best and will not follow up with customer service or support. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL LIE ABOUT THEIR ABILITIES. THEY WILL LIE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE. AND IF THERE IS A PROBLEM THEY WILL IGNORE YOU IF IT WILL CUT INTO THEIR PROFITS TO MAKE IT RIGHT. THEY PUT PROFITS BEFORE PEOPLE.
