  This company is the worst..I called to have my tub reglazed they were really nice and showed up the next day only 20min late.They guy who showed up looked like he just came from a war zone,he was filthy dirty and barely spoke english..He tells me he has only been with the co. for a few months but the owner will tell you all his guys are experienced..He finished my tub in 45 minutes but i was told it could take up to 5 hrs..A few weeks later the glaze started to seperate in a number of spots..I called and they said they will get to me when someone is close to my house..I said you came instantly to do the job but now i have to wait?They said gas is too expensive and the will send someone as soon as they can..5 months later after the entire tub was in pieces and i threatened to file a law suite they finally showed up to fix it.the guy who came this time tells me has has only been with the company less then a year also..After 2.5 hrs he tells me he got runs and sags in the tub because he had to go home it was already 2oclock and was in a rush so they were gonna have to come back again and fix it..3 weeks later they show up and fix it.It lasted 4 months then started to seperate again..Every time i call the owner cliff argues with me and insults me and says im probably using a floor matt or my kid is chipping it he never takes responsibilty..Then the come a 4th time in a year they fix it again and now fourth guy is there who claims he has been there almost 2 years..He does a crappy job and i can see where he painted it with a paint can..When i call again the owner cliff wolff says that he tried his best and he stuck by his warranty and he will not come back..He tells me to read the warranty,in small print it says 5year warranty or 2 repairs whatever comes 1st..he got the last laugh..I called a company called american and he was very professional and the job has held up with no problems for 2 years already....Do yourself a favor STAY AWAY FROM MR UGLY..just google his name and you will find a ton of negative feedback with NO POSITIVE FEEDBACK except his own secretary justifying it.....Stay clear unless you want to pay high price for inexperienced guys to ruin your bathroom..They also got overspray everywhere.....
