  fix heater

  Terrible contractor

  Came out to work on heater. First said nothing wrong. at my urging took off back of heater and found one of the two burners not operating. He cleaned out the burner orifice and said it needed a new orifice and left. Said he would be back on Friday, no show. During weekend had to clean burner orifice myself three times. Then on Monday he said he would be back that day form 1:00pm to 3:00pm again no show. Today, Wednesday I called him and he said he would not be back to work on heater because I had removed back of heater and cleaned out burner orifice myself. He took my $75 service fee and basically never came back. I would never use Him or his company again. Just a warning

  Find and electrical outage for my warranty company

  $None. They didn't do anything.

  Horrible company

  This company was assigned to fix an electrical problem from our warranty company. They did not show up the first day they were scheduled and had to come the next day after I had to call the warranty company to call them and get it re-scheduled. The technician showed up this morning and was rude to my family and seemed to be in a generally bad mood. He only spent 20 minutes looking around for the problem. Then he called for approval to work longer he said. He supposedly took some pictures and said our electrical outlets were "hanging out". First of all the plates were off of two of them due to the remodeling we have been doing. Painting and putting up walls requires that you remove them. We had one cover off in the room where the electrical problem is. He was under the house for maybe 10 minutes as well. The next thing we know he says he is leaving because we "tampered with the electrical" and they were not going to fix it. I have never had any problem with my warranty company and never had any technician come into my home and be so unprofessional. I would never recommend this company and certainly never use them for anything. I am fed up with people who feel that they can treat people with such disrespect. I called the company and left a message for them to call me and of course they have not. I called back several times and surprise no answer.
