We have multiple locations this is 1st time we have been charged rates like this. Guess some business care about 1 time customers rather then repeat multiple clients. We were looking for reliable company to manage all of our hvac for our properties guess this isn't the one.
1: you Pay 90%+ markup on parts
2: you pay service call twice (once when they come to diagnose problem 2nd when they come back with parts.
3: Matt will bill you $180/hr on top of his 90%+ MARKUP on parts
4: will never pickup phone and you will never know where things stand.
5: will not give you price until the job is done.
Do yourself favor hire someone else. You will save decent amount of money and there will be Communications so you know where things stand.
