I was hesitant after reading other reviews but I had a great experience. Dimitri diagnosed the problem with my fridge and had to order a new fan. Because the part would take some time to be received, he offered a temporary solution which worked very well. He was courteous, courteous and knowledgeable. He came back a second time to install the fan and everything is working fine. Thank you.

AVOID MS Appliances Services at all cost and its owner MARK. Mark and his team members are rude and don't follow through. They lead you on to believe they can fix the problem the first time, and assure you that they will come on a certain day and time, and actually come on the wrong day. Once rescheduling they don't even show and then cancel the work order with false accusations on the costumers behalf to our home warranty company who is no better. American Home Shield (AHS) outsources these rude, horrible, incompetent and unprofessional third party companies and when confronted about it have no resolution. You're better off buying a new appliance.

I used this contractor several times through my home warranty company due to the type of appliances that I own LG. everytime they come out they are rude, at first I took it as a culture difference but after several visits for different appliances the attitude is the same. They didn't provide any service on most calls and the last call left the house stating they would call the warranty company to get the part ok'd they didn't call back after my waiting more than 2 weeks and when I called them after 3 calls they called me back to say the part wasn't covered .. I called the warranty company and they said the ms appliance guy Edward called in and said nothing was wrong with my dryer.. Now this is after the repair guy told me I needed to pull my dryer off the stackable before thanksgiving it has been sitting on the floor in my kitchen awaiting him to come or call back to repair... Horrible customer service would not recommend them to anyone let alone anyone of color which I think the repair guy has a problem with

I contacted American Home Shield (AHS) to have my refrigerator repaired and was assigned MS Appliance Service. The service technician came out, and spent about 5 minutes to supposedly diagnose the problem of the refrigerator not getting cold and the ice maker not making ice. He indicated that he needed to order a part and get permission from AHS to proceed with the repair. Another 4 days pasted before he came out to make the final repair.(I was given a time between 1pm-5pm). It was 15 minutes after 5 and no technician or phone call. I had to call their answering service 3 times before someone called me back to explain that the tech was stuck on another job. (A complete waste of 4 hours) I asked him where was the part he ordered. He gave me this blank stare, because he really didn't have a part to install. He proceeded to add freon to a refrigerator that already had a leak. The tech said that everything will be back to normal in 24 hours. Adding the Freon apparently didn't work, because the refrigerator is not cooling. I contacted AHS and they assigned another company to do the repair. Now I understand why they have a 1 1/2 stars review. AHS should drop this company as a vendor, because it makes them look real bad. Now it is going on 2 weeks without a refrigerator.
