Ms & Mr Construction came to my home saw the scope of work. We agreed on the price of $8500, to demo exactly 4 drywalls (mind you each wall was only to be demoed 3/4 of the way from the bottom) not even the entire wall. He asked me to send a $3400 deposit. After he sent the contract terms that we agreed on, I did. He completed demoing the walls on day 1. The next morning day 2 at about 9:45 he tells me that he has to charge me extra for “framing” because he didn’t want to pay the material cost & labor even after he told me and wrote out on contract that ALL material was included. I told him that I can’t pay for anything outside the contract. He took the debris and left. Here’s our txt msgs copied & pasted here mind you AFTER contract said ALL material was included.

First I feel bad we couldn’t work together but it was financially impossible for me to complete the job with framing for that price as just materials would cost me $1000.
As per the 2 days we were there which I had to pay employees and my self in full is
Labor 2 employees x 2 days=$1040
Labor/ Profit Elson $1000
Debris Garbage Disposal $380
Materials and Miscellaneous(Lunches, Gas,Tolls) $310
Cancelation fee $300
To be paid back $3400-3030=$370 which I will Zelle tomorrow!
